Overall Good.. Except be aware of insects and be ready to be protected against that.. They have all lotions and coils

The place was spotless, stylish, and had more amenities than I knew what to do with (honestly, I spent five minutes figuring out the fancy coffee machine). The location was perfect — close enough to everything, but quiet enough that I could pretend I lived there. Had a great stay here. All the staff were so friendly and was also in a great location.

I think this place is fairly clean but not very convenient. 10 mins to mart and 15-20mins to main street.
In my opinion, for the price paid i think is ok but able to get better deals.

La maison correspondait parfaitement à la description : spacieuse, propre, et idéalement située au calme, tout en étant proche des principales attractions. Chaque détail a été soigné, ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Mention spéciale pour l’hôte, incroyablement réactif et attentif à nos besoins. Il a su répondre à toutes nos questions rapidement et s’est assuré que nous ne manquions de rien. Je recommande vivement cette villa et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir lors de notre prochain séjour à Bali !

Great stay. Tidy villa with argent pool. had some issues with missing amenities that was quickly rectified. Daily servicing was great.

Absolutely amazing host and really helpful… would highly recommend to anyone. Located close to the beach and short walk to the shops pubs and restaurants can’t fault it

All in all we had a good stay at this villa. But before booking, please refer to the below:

Pros:
-friendly staff and good communication with property manager Dessy. She was very helpful and proactive
- fast and fair priced laundry service
-nice pool

Cons:
-very loud construction near the villa, not mentioned on Airbnb. Not possible to relax during the day, and starts very early in the morning. No sleep possible.
The bathrooms were already very visible used and would need a renovation (toilet, shower etc.).
Many problems with cockroaches and mosquitos, but the villa provides spray and insect nets around the beds.
Doors and all materials very cheap and like paper, so you can hear EVERYTHING around.
The price is way to high for Bali, regarding this standard type of villa. It should be exact half the price. The villa is in a very „used“ condition and the owner does not seem to reinvest the high amount of earned money with the rentals. So take a closer look before booking.

Great villa enjoyed the stay! Amazing cleaners, air con in each room with usb plugs for charging which was great. everything you need to make you feel comfortable! Would stay again!!!

Had a great time visiting with my college friends, perfect for a private reunion. The staff are very helpful, and the host was proactive and responsive from before we even checked in.

Property is superb, 24/7 marts are just a walking distance away, along with some good clubs and restaurants.

Only qualm was that the water dispenser had cloudy drinking water coming out of it on one of the days, so drinking water was an issue for a few hours, else it was a 5 star experience!

Negative: While the property was beautiful as is, if the living area could fully enclose that would be great.

Excellent villa and host. The staff came each day while we were there to clean the villa and they were all very nice as well. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by.

Photos were accurate to what was presented. Dessy was an excellent host who was always responsive. Unfortunately for us the was a demolition of an existing place next door that was quite noisy for a couple of days. We contacted Dessy who took all reasonable steps to ensure they kept the noise to a minimum which was excellent. They were under no obligation but at least she tried. That didn’t take away from the lovely pool and surrounds which was peaceful. The cleaners came every day and the pool was cleaned every second day. That made sure the villa was always presentable and nice to come home to. Thanks for you hospitality Dessy

This villa was perfect, 4 seperate bedroom areas, perfect for a group of people that want to have their own spaces. Nice living area in the centre of the villa and very spacious. Also very helpful that they had a first aid kit filled with everything you’ll need, especially Bali belly. Thanks so much for the stay!

overall, the villa was very good and super clean. the amenities also very complete, but the host communicating pretty bad because we're pretty sure that we dont get the room key but the host asking for a compensation for a key that we dont lose.

It was great location and many beds. Overall it was okay, worth the price.

We did a quick two night stay at Bali Zen Den Villa before we were leaving to Ubud and were very happy with our decision. Its located in the heart of Seminyak just a 5min bike ride from all major restaurants and pubs. Also a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach filled with beach cafes. The Villa in itself was beautiful and a large pool and 4 well furnished and comfortable bedrooms. I doubt of you could find a better place at the price point charged by Zen Den Villa. We had absolutely no complaint and would highly recommend this place. Thank you. Cheers!
