Bali Zen Den Villas was in an amazing location in the heart of Seminyak but away from the hustle and loud nature of the area. We went with 6 adults and it was super handy to have a bathroom in each room. The pool area was also super clean, Asti was super amazing! I cannot forget to mention Kristina's great communication, she was always super attentive and helped us out with everything and anything!

We loved staying at this Villa. It had everything we needed. The pool, in particular, was perfect for us. The location was a great base for Seminyak and the host offered numerous helpful services along the way.

Loved our stay at this villa! Quiet location and there is a short walk up to the street for plenty of restaurant options. Tio was great and responded quickly to all our requested. We would definitely stay again!

Villa is perfect for 3 friends or 3 couples. Location wise you’re in the heart of Seminyak and everything is within walking distance. Next time we come back we will be booking this villa.
House keeping is incredible with laundry service available for a cheap price. You’re also greeted and shown around on arrival. Thank you!

Perfect for a couple. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants and pubs but down an alley where it’s peaceful.
Older villa but clean and tidy, did have a cigarette smoke smell inside but wasn’t too much of an issue.

Loved it especially the pool table!

We travelled with two children- a nice cot was prepared for us. The private pool was great. Tio helped arranged airport transfer for arrival. The house keepers were polite and efficient. Nice place!

Positive: Clean , well maintained property. From all the places we stayed in bali this place was the only place that had everything in perfect order. Internet works well. Well equipped kitchen. Close to all the attractions, spas , shops & restaurants. Perfect location. Amazing host…. Thank you

Negative: Preferably 5 rooms when advertised for 12 guests. Not a huge issue but would have been nice.

We loved our stay here, the villa manager and housekeeper were lovely, the housekeeper even took away our laundry to have it done and only cost 120IDR for 3 people’s laundry. The rooms are nice although the aircon was broken in the middle room and very temperamental. The location is great it took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beach or a 5 minute grab bike, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby although the villa is down an alley so not loud at night. The only downside was there is no ceiling fan in the main seating / living room / kitchen area so sometimes it was unbearable heat to sit here and we had to sit in our rooms which is a shame when you’re wanting to watch a film, etc. Overall lovely villa.
