Headline: Peaceful, comfortable and in a fabulous location.

Positive: Nestled far back from street, it was quiet and peaceful and in a great location. Bedrooms were large and spacious with each having its own bathroom. Owner was very responsive and housekeeping excellent.

Negative: Nothing

Beautiful villa right in the heart of Seminyak, perfect for group with adult family. Each room was huge, air conditioned and private with its own ensuite. The pool was gorgeous, and the open family area a great place to hangout and regroup in between activities. Kristina was super helpful and accommodating, arranging our private transportation with a baby seat and a pool fence to be installed before we got there for peace of mind for our toddler grandson. Loved the massages and food options at the end of street! Great place for a family holiday

We have been to Bali many times and this villa was a real gem. Close to restaurants and shops but still far enough away for it to be quiet and tranquil. The villa was extremely clean and Atsy was very friendly and helpful when she attended to clean the villa and also organised laundry for us. The host responded quickly to any queries and had no issues organising pool fencing for our little one.
Great villa, great host and great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Perfect

Great place in the perfect location.

3 adults & 4 kids fit comfortably. Located towards the end of an alley/street (Gang Lumut), which can be quite dark at night, but it’s perfect because you don’t get all the noise from the Main Street. Close to great restaurants, bars, shops, groceries etc. The flea market, beach, garlic lane are only a short scooter ride away too.

Pros: location, ease of check in and out, responsive host, clean, laundry service, daily housekeeping, comfy beds, free of clutter

Cons: ……. Not much.. if I had to name something.. maybe a little upkeep of the property but that’s very minor.

Loved our stay at this villa! Quiet location and there is a short walk up to the street for plenty of restaurant options. Tio was great and responded quickly to all our requested. We would definitely stay again!

Great location, you can see the main street from the front of villa. The villa itself is huge with lots of room, spotlessly clean as well. Pool was lovely (not too cold but not warm which was great).

Only grips is the stairs to go upstairs are a little steep, the ones to go to the 3rd floor need repairing, although I am a big girl & they took my weight - they are very steep though.

I would def stay again though, everything is provided, beds are comfy, air con is cold, they have a 3rd toilet/powder room downstairs & the 3rd floor has amazing views all around.
