Positive: The location was amazing — close to everything we needed, while still being lovely and quiet. The property was spacious, with four huge bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Everything was exceptionally clean, well maintained and beautifully looked after.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable, spacious and convenient.

Place was exactly like the photos and more! Was stunned at how beautiful and tidy the villa was. Housed me and 3 other friends very comfortably with heaps of space and seperate bathrooms. Pool was also fantastic with regular servicing and maintenance. Will stay again!!!

Had a great stay. Proximity to great cafés and restaurants around. Housekeeping staff did a good work of cleaning the rooms and the Pool. Rooms were quite spacious.

Positive: Clean , well maintained property. From all the places we stayed in bali this place was the only place that had everything in perfect order. Internet works well. Well equipped kitchen. Close to all the attractions, spas , shops & restaurants. Perfect location. Amazing host…. Thank you

Negative: Preferably 5 rooms when advertised for 12 guests. Not a huge issue but would have been nice.

Villa was in great condition and in a perfect location near all the action but not too close where you can hear all the action.

Stayed here for two nights, the host was waiting for us at check in and provided useful information. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suites , living area, dining table, kitchen and outdoor toilet. Pool was clean and was larger than the photos showed. We had house keeping and pool cleaning around 12, both staff were friendly and good at their job.
They provided everything to keep mosquitoes at bay, which helped (plug in, spray, incense). We sat outside in the evening and wasn’t bothered by them.
There is also a water cooler, hooked up to a big bottle of water, this did hot and cold water.

10/10 location!! Super central in Seminyak with lots of yummy restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa itself was very tidy and pleasant to stay at. Would stay again :)
