We had a great week! Two families holidaying together with young children. The pool was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms cool and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms plus an extra toilet was great! We will be back ☺️

Perfect

This property was everything and more than what I needed for my stay in Bali. The property was beautiful, clean, and well maintained while also being close to the beach, restaurants, and other main sights. The property manager (Kristina) was very responsive and ready to assist when needed. The on site contact (Adit) was also very kind, welcoming, and available to help with various tasks at the property and nearby (such as laundry, recommendations, etc.). All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

I recently stayed at Bali Zen Den Villa’s, and it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality and attentive service made me feel at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. The location was perfect, offering easy access to many food and shopping at Seminyak. A first aid kit is also provided with all sorts of medicine.
Overall, my stay at Bali Zen Den Villa’s was beyond my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a budget friendly getaway in Bali. Can't wait to return!

Cosy Villa in an amazing location. About 5-8mins walk to Seminyak Square. Great common space and well equipped kitchen. Communication with the host was also great!

Positive: Amazing location and the Villa has plenty of space to relax. Just a sort stroll to everything in Seminyak. Perfect!

Negative:

Villa D’Kubu was in a fantastic location surrounded by many great eateries. The pools table upstairs was a bonus for the men, but could do with some new cues. The women felt safe enough coming home alone as the gang (laneway) offers sufficient lighting. The living area was a bonus with great aircon and a super comfy couch. The tv offers Netflix, YouTube etc, but no local channels.
We spent 10 x nights here and our only complaint would be that the pool was only cleaned once during our stay. The housekeeper (Adit) was lovely and was very responsive to anything that was needed. Overall was a good stay.

Great place to stay, you can walk around the villa and found many cafes, restaurants, convinience stores. host is super nice and responsive too..

We loved our stay here, the villa manager and housekeeper were lovely, the housekeeper even took away our laundry to have it done and only cost 120IDR for 3 people’s laundry. The rooms are nice although the aircon was broken in the middle room and very temperamental. The location is great it took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beach or a 5 minute grab bike, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby although the villa is down an alley so not loud at night. The only downside was there is no ceiling fan in the main seating / living room / kitchen area so sometimes it was unbearable heat to sit here and we had to sit in our rooms which is a shame when you’re wanting to watch a film, etc. Overall lovely villa.
