Positive: Amazing location and the Villa has plenty of space to relax. Just a sort stroll to everything in Seminyak. Perfect!

Negative:

The host was incredibly flexible and assisted us with managing our luggage before and after the check-in and check-out times. The villa is exactly as per the description.

Had a great stay. Proximity to great cafés and restaurants around. Housekeeping staff did a good work of cleaning the rooms and the Pool. Rooms were quite spacious.

Great stay. Tidy villa with argent pool. had some issues with missing amenities that was quickly rectified. Daily servicing was great.

Stayed here for two nights, the host was waiting for us at check in and provided useful information. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suites , living area, dining table, kitchen and outdoor toilet. Pool was clean and was larger than the photos showed. We had house keeping and pool cleaning around 12, both staff were friendly and good at their job.
They provided everything to keep mosquitoes at bay, which helped (plug in, spray, incense). We sat outside in the evening and wasn’t bothered by them.
There is also a water cooler, hooked up to a big bottle of water, this did hot and cold water.

Great place in the perfect location.

3 adults & 4 kids fit comfortably. Located towards the end of an alley/street (Gang Lumut), which can be quite dark at night, but it’s perfect because you don’t get all the noise from the Main Street. Close to great restaurants, bars, shops, groceries etc. The flea market, beach, garlic lane are only a short scooter ride away too.

Pros: location, ease of check in and out, responsive host, clean, laundry service, daily housekeeping, comfy beds, free of clutter

Cons: ……. Not much.. if I had to name something.. maybe a little upkeep of the property but that’s very minor.

I only stayed here for a night while waiting for my flight and wish I could have stayed longer! The house is so spacious, has a downstairs bathroom and a big comfy couch.

There are shops at the top of the drive, but I didn’t stay long enough to explore them. Pretty sure one of them is a convenience store 👌

The team was very responsive and helped with my last minute request to drop off my luggage earlier.

I really appreciated the small touches (which are not so small in my opinion) including a fresh water cooler, hand-wash liquid, ice in the freezer, Netflix and YouTube Premium accounts already signed in, fresh towels for swimming and shower, full body mirror, iron and board, insect repellent, bug spray, and a good sized rubbish bin - they really did think of everything!

When I checked in, Adit had moved all my luggage upstairs and turned on the AC so the house was cool for my arrival. He also met me back at the house on time the next day to help with my departure :)
