The stay is absolutely amazing. Will definitely come back if me and my family come back to Bali. The host and staff is super nice and responsive. When we check in the staff already standby to welcome us. All rooms air conditioner are on, mosquito repellent are on too. Everything is equipped, just like you staying at home. My family and I love it!!! -

villa was amazing. tmstaff were great. only issue we had was upstairs bathrooms had low water pressure.
other wise staff were there everyday to clean, very polite and professional.
it is on a great location and walking distance to most of things while being away from rush and hush. -

Great place in the perfect location.
3 adults & 4 kids fit comfortably. Located towards the end of an alley/street (Gang Lumut), which can be quite dark at night, but it’s perfect because you don’t get all the noise from the Main Street. Close to great restaurants, bars, shops, groceries etc. The flea market, beach, garlic lane are only a short scooter ride away too.
Pros: location, ease of check in and out, responsive host, clean, laundry service, daily housekeeping, comfy beds, free of clutter
Cons: ……. Not much.. if I had to name something.. maybe a little upkeep of the property but that’s very minor.

Positive: Awesome location. Great service from owner and housekeeping. Spacious bedrooms, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood.
Negative: Some of the rooms aren’t very soundproof. If there is noise in your villa or out in the street (which is rare) you can hear it. -

The first time in Bali and Dessy made my life easy. The place was beautiful. I asked them to organise a breakfast for the group and both mornings I was blessed with tasty breakfast! -

Bali Zen Den was an amazing place to stay. Dessy was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to assist us with early check in and holding our bags after check out.
Location was great just off the Main Street yet set far enough back that you did not hear the hustle and bustle.
Will definitely be back here
