Overall, it’s a good place for families to stay & relax. Staff were friendly & helpful. It’s conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and markets. However, the area could benefit from some maintenance and updates.

Headline:

Positive: Amazing location and the Villa has plenty of space to relax. Just a sort stroll to everything in Seminyak. Perfect!

Really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. Location is a perfect base to explore Bali. Would stay again!

We loved our stay here, the villa manager and housekeeper were lovely, the housekeeper even took away our laundry to have it done and only cost 120IDR for 3 people’s laundry. The rooms are nice although the aircon was broken in the middle room and very temperamental. The location is great it took us about 20 minutes to walk to the beach or a 5 minute grab bike, there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby although the villa is down an alley so not loud at night. The only downside was there is no ceiling fan in the main seating / living room / kitchen area so sometimes it was unbearable heat to sit here and we had to sit in our rooms which is a shame when you’re wanting to watch a film, etc. Overall lovely villa.

Headline:

Positive: Awesome location. Great service from owner and housekeeping. Spacious bedrooms, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood.

Negative: Some of the rooms aren’t very soundproof. If there is noise in your villa or out in the street (which is rare) you can hear it.

Our stay at the Bali Zen Den Villa was amazing! The bedrooms and bathrooms were a generous size and the air conditioners in the bedrooms worked well. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and handy items like scissors. There was also a water cooler which was great to refill our drink bottles.

The villa is down a laneway off the Main Street, making it super close to restaurants and shops yet quiet and peaceful at night time. Gojeks could easily come down the laneway however, big vans and cars struggled. If travelling to or from the villa via car or van, I would recommend walking to the top of the laneway and/or stating your location as 'Bali Blow Bar' which is a hair dressers at the top of the laneway. This made our transport to and from the villa much easier!
