Great villa enjoyed the stay! Amazing cleaners, air con in each room with usb plugs for charging which was great. everything you need to make you feel comfortable! Would stay again!!!

Great accomodation, responsive host. Floaties provided in the pool made the experience better. Though pathway to villa might be quite dark, walking as a big group helps. Overall, very modern villa with accomodative host.

A Pleasant Surprise

I was looking for a last minute 2 bedrooms villa in Seminyak and I stumbled upon Bali Zen Den. The location was very very good. It’s just 1 min walk from Kayu Aya in the middle of tons of restaurants and also 5 mins away from La Favela for the party goers but still very quiet and peaceful. The villa itself was exactly as described, super clean and everything worked. Will come back again next time if I want to stay in Seminyak area.

Me and my group had a great time at this villa, was super clean and located pretty much close to anything you need and everything is at walking distance. The host was amazingly responsive and even helped us to do some bbq groceries before our arrival! I would reccomend this villa to anyone who wants to stay in a spacious and confortable villa! The first time in Bali and Dessy made my life easy. The place was beautiful. I asked them to organise a breakfast for the group and both mornings I was blessed with tasty breakfast!

Positive: Awesome location. Great service from owner and housekeeping. Spacious bedrooms, nice pool and quiet neighbourhood.

Negative: Some of the rooms aren’t very soundproof. If there is noise in your villa or out in the street (which is rare) you can hear it.

I stayed at Villa Mayu Dedaries, managed by Bali Zen Den Villas. The communication with the host was smooth from the start — they were friendly, responsive, and provided all the details I needed clearly.

The villa itself is lovely, very spacious and bright. While you can tell the property is a bit older, it’s clear that efforts have been made to maintain it well. The amenities were sufficient, and the wide open space was a joy for my dog, who loved exploring every corner.

The location is also quite strategic — easy to get around — yet it’s tucked in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a peaceful stay.

Unfortunately, we had to check out a day earlier than planned. That said, the host handled the situation very well, responded quickly, and was genuinely understand it, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, it’s a charming place with a kind and attentive host. I wish the team all the best in keeping the property in great shape for future guests.
