This villa is centrally located in Seminyak, yet it was remarkably quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. Both the rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it for any groups, family, friends, couples and etc.

Positive: Great location, close to everything but still very quiet! Big spacious Villa with a fantastic pool! The billiards/pool table was a nice touch too! Serviced everyday, fantastic air conditioning! Would recommend!

Great place in the perfect location.

3 adults & 4 kids fit comfortably. Located towards the end of an alley/street (Gang Lumut), which can be quite dark at night, but it’s perfect because you don’t get all the noise from the Main Street. Close to great restaurants, bars, shops, groceries etc. The flea market, beach, garlic lane are only a short scooter ride away too.

Pros: location, ease of check in and out, responsive host, clean, laundry service, daily housekeeping, comfy beds, free of clutter

Cons: ……. Not much.. if I had to name something.. maybe a little upkeep of the property but that’s very minor.

10/10 location!! Super central in Seminyak with lots of yummy restaurants and cafes nearby. The villa itself was very tidy and pleasant to stay at. Would stay again :)

amazing place, very responsive host

The villa is great for a group. Within walking distance to so many bars & restaurants and the pool was a lot bigger than we were expecting.

Had a great time visiting with my college friends, perfect for a private reunion. The staff are very helpful, and the host was proactive and responsive from before we even checked in.

Property is superb, 24/7 marts are just a walking distance away, along with some good clubs and restaurants.

Only qualm was that the water dispenser had cloudy drinking water coming out of it on one of the days, so drinking water was an issue for a few hours, else it was a 5 star experience!

Stayed here for two nights, the host was waiting for us at check in and provided useful information. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suites , living area, dining table, kitchen and outdoor toilet. Pool was clean and was larger than the photos showed. We had house keeping and pool cleaning around 12, both staff were friendly and good at their job.
They provided everything to keep mosquitoes at bay, which helped (plug in, spray, incense). We sat outside in the evening and wasn’t bothered by them.
There is also a water cooler, hooked up to a big bottle of water, this did hot and cold water.
