The villa so close to everything that I wanted. A bit traffic but worth the money. Highly recommended.

A Pleasant Surprise

I was looking for a last minute 2 bedrooms villa in Seminyak and I stumbled upon Bali Zen Den. The location was very very good. It’s just 1 min walk from Kayu Aya in the middle of tons of restaurants and also 5 mins away from La Favela for the party goers but still very quiet and peaceful. The villa itself was exactly as described, super clean and everything worked. Will come back again next time if I want to stay in Seminyak area.

Villa D’Kubu was in a fantastic location surrounded by many great eateries. The pools table upstairs was a bonus for the men, but could do with some new cues. The women felt safe enough coming home alone as the gang (laneway) offers sufficient lighting. The living area was a bonus with great aircon and a super comfy couch. The tv offers Netflix, YouTube etc, but no local channels.
We spent 10 x nights here and our only complaint would be that the pool was only cleaned once during our stay. The housekeeper (Adit) was lovely and was very responsive to anything that was needed. Overall was a good stay.

We had a great week! Two families holidaying together with young children. The pool was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms cool and comfortable. Having 3 bathrooms plus an extra toilet was great! We will be back ☺️

We had such a wonderful stay at this villa in Seminyak. The host was very responsive and made everything easy, with great recommendations and thoughtful add-ons that made our trip extra special. The location was ideal – peaceful but close to the best restaurants, shops, and the beach.

Asti, our housekeeper, was absolutely lovely and made us feel so welcome. We also really appreciated the recommended driver, who was fantastic for our airport transfers and day trip. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and well maintained — perfect for our group. The outdoor common area was both cozy and uniquely designed, and the private pool was simply stunning, the heart of our villa experience.

The location was also a big plus: within walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and bars in one of the liveliest areas of Seminyak. Super convenient for going out without needing transport every time.

A special thank you to Kristina, who supported us throughout the entire stay. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful, always ready to assist us and accommodate every request or concern we had. Her presence truly made everything easier and more enjoyable.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and well-located group stay in Bali!

Perfect for a couple. Great location, walkable distance to restaurants and pubs but down an alley where it’s peaceful.
Older villa but clean and tidy, did have a cigarette smoke smell inside but wasn’t too much of an issue.

fantastic location in seminyak right in the center of everything! Very great price for what you get we were very happy with our stay here
