Very nice place to stay, near to the beach, restaurant, and beach club, very helpfull staff, worth the price

We have been to Bali many times and this villa was a real gem. Close to restaurants and shops but still far enough away for it to be quiet and tranquil. The villa was extremely clean and Atsy was very friendly and helpful when she attended to clean the villa and also organised laundry for us. The host responded quickly to any queries and had no issues organising pool fencing for our little one.
Great villa, great host and great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Bali Zen Den was perfect for our stay in Seminyak. The villa was well equiped and bedrooms were great!
Location is in the middle of great restaurants and shops. It’s a 10-15min walk to the beach.

Headline: Fantastic location.

Positive: The location was fantastic and the villa is very large for a 2 bedroom.

Negative: It really needs a little updating. There is rust on some tap-ware and sink plugs and some doors don’t close properly allowing mosquitoes to get in (the property supplies mosquito coils to help combat this)

Overall Good.. Except be aware of insects and be ready to be protected against that.. They have all lotions and coils

The stay is absolutely amazing. Will definitely come back if me and my family come back to Bali. The host and staff is super nice and responsive. When we check in the staff already standby to welcome us. All rooms air conditioner are on, mosquito repellent are on too. Everything is equipped, just like you staying at home. My family and I love it!!!

This villa was perfect, 4 seperate bedroom areas, perfect for a group of people that want to have their own spaces. Nice living area in the centre of the villa and very spacious. Also very helpful that they had a first aid kit filled with everything you’ll need, especially Bali belly. Thanks so much for the stay!

Had a great stay here. All the staff were so friendly and was also in a great location.

Great option if you want to be near the beach. The walk is uninspiring but short. The host and especially the people cleaning and supporting us when 2 of our group lost their valuable and passports on the beach, we fantastic.

Stayed here for two nights, the host was waiting for us at check in and provided useful information. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suites , living area, dining table, kitchen and outdoor toilet. Pool was clean and was larger than the photos showed. We had house keeping and pool cleaning around 12, both staff were friendly and good at their job.
They provided everything to keep mosquitoes at bay, which helped (plug in, spray, incense). We sat outside in the evening and wasn’t bothered by them.
There is also a water cooler, hooked up to a big bottle of water, this did hot and cold water.
