Positive: Great location, close to everything but still very quiet! Big spacious Villa with a fantastic pool! The billiards/pool table was a nice touch too! Serviced everyday, fantastic air conditioning! Would recommend!

Great option if you want to be near the beach. The walk is uninspiring but short. The host and especially the people cleaning and supporting us when 2 of our group lost their valuable and passports on the beach, we fantastic. -

Place was exactly like the photos and more! Was stunned at how beautiful and tidy the villa was. Housed me and 3 other friends very comfortably with heaps of space and seperate bathrooms. Pool was also fantastic with regular servicing and maintenance. Will stay again!!! -

Beautiful villa right in the heart of Seminyak, perfect for group with adult family. Each room was huge, air conditioned and private with its own ensuite. The pool was gorgeous, and the open family area a great place to hangout and regroup in between activities. Kristina was super helpful and accommodating, arranging our private transportation with a baby seat and a pool fence to be installed before we got there for peace of mind for our toddler grandson. Loved the massages and food options at the end of street! Great place for a family holiday -

We did a quick two night stay at Bali Zen Den Villa before we were leaving to Ubud and were very happy with our decision. Its located in the heart of Seminyak just a 5min bike ride from all major restaurants and pubs. Also a 5 min walk to the beautiful beach filled with beach cafes. The Villa in itself was beautiful and a large pool and 4 well furnished and comfortable bedrooms. I doubt of you could find a better place at the price point charged by Zen Den Villa. We had absolutely no complaint and would highly recommend this place. Thank you. Cheers! -

This villa is centrally located in Seminyak, yet it was remarkably quiet and peaceful throughout my stay. Both the rooms and common areas were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend it for any groups, family, friends, couples and etc.
